Party Tents Styles We Offer
Choosing the right tent style is an important part of planning your event, as it sets the tone for your outdoor space’s overall aesthetic and atmosphere. At Affordable Party Tent Rentals, we offer a wide range of tent styles, and we can help you choose the one that best reflects your style.
Pop-Up Tents
Our pop-up tents come in two sizes; 10×10 for 8 – 10 guests and 10X20 for 16 – 24 guests. These tents work on grass, gravel, and cement. Perfect for festivals or backyard events.
Century Tents
Century Tents are the most popular tents for weddings, church events, festivals and corporate events. These tents feature towering peaks with graceful curves creating an elegant space to accommodate hundreds of guests. We offer century tents in sizes 40×60, 40×80, 40×100, 40×120, 60×60, 60×80, 60×100, 60×110, and 60×130.
High-peak frame tents are perfect for festivals, fairs, and art shows. You can also use them as food or bar tents at your party. Plus, you can set these rental tents up individually or connect them for a custom set-up for larger events. We offer high peak tents in sizes 10×10, 15×20, 20×20, 20×30, and 20×40.
Our FutureTrac Frame Tents provide maximum interior space with no center poles and fewer perimeter poles. These tents feature Keder track roof and sidewall panels creating a weather-tight structure for your event. You have the option of standard white tops or clear tops to party under the stars. They’re perfect for weddings, corporate events and long-term installations at your venue or business. We offer FutureTrac Frame Tents in sizes of 30×30 through 40×160.
Tables Styles We Offer
You may assume a table is just a table. However, it’s important to choose the right table for the job. At an event or party, different tables serve different purposes, and at Affordable Party Tent Rentals, we’re happy to help you pick the best table rentals for your event.
Round Table
Hands-down, round tables are our most popular option. Round tables look beautiful, and they encourage guests to converse and mingle with one another. This makes them ideal choices for wedding receptions, wedding rehearsals, retirement parties, and fundraisers.
Banquet Table
Banquet tables are rectangular in shape and seat multiple guests along two sides. Unlike round tables, you can place two or more banquet tables end-to-end for a long, single line of seating. Or, you can place them along a wall if space is limited. Banquet Tables are more efficient on space and frequently allow for a smaller tent than if you were using round tables.
Cocktail Table
Cocktail tables provide an area for guest to gather without sitting, usually for two to four guests. These tables are generally used at bar height without chairs to allow guests to stand and converse comfortably with a drink in hand, but can also be shortened to seating height.
Beverage Table
Beverage tables are designed with a lip and a drain. This allows you to fill them with ice for chilling cans and bottles. They keep drinks cold and tasty and give guests self-serve access during the festivities. Afterward, they’re easily drained and dried.
Fold-Out Bar Table
Our professional-height fold-out bar includes shelves in the back for bottle storage. This allows your bartender to dole out any type of mixed drink with ease.

Folding Chairs
Folding chairs are a reliable, cost-effective seating option for a variety of event types like graduations, birthday parties, meetings and more.
Garden Chairs
Garden chairs are your classic special event chair providing a more formal look at an affordable price.
Cross Back Chairs
Cross back chairs are made from a sturdy dark Beechwood and are perfect for events both large and small. Their sophisticated look would be the perfect way to differentiate the bridal table at a wedding reception, for example, or to give additional flair to something like a small ceremony or recital.

Frequently Asked Questions
Pricing is based on a full, single day rental. Delivery and Pick up days are not charged. If you require a longer rental, please call us for more information.
Final payment is due ten days prior to the event date unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).
Delivery fees cover both delivery and pick-up! You also have the option to save some money by picking up your rental items from our warehouse in Elburn, IL.
We would love it if you could wipe down tables and stack the chairs and leave them under the tent. Please place rented table linens in the bag provided and place under the tent. Please do not attempt to take down the tent structure.
The customer is responsible for all items from time of delivery to time of pick-up. The customer will be charged replacement or repair costs for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment due to misuse or negligence. All other accidental damages are covered by our Damage Waiver if selected at time of booking.
We deliver to most towns within the greater Chicagoland area. In order to find out if we deliver to your specific town, please give us a call at 630-587-2955.
The delivery fee is based off of your distance from our location, as well as the number of trucks and staff members needed to complete the delivery. The delivery fee covers both the delivery and pick-up of your rentals. Call us at, 630-587-2955, to determine your delivery fee.
For weekend events, delivery and set-up is done on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday prior to the event. Delivery dates and times are scheduled the week prior to your event.
If your venue requires a delivery or pickup within a specific timeframe additional fees may apply, please call for pricing.
We realize that your time is valuable. Occasionally, our delivery personnel will be delayed by traffic or weather conditions. If this happens, our delivery personnel will keep you updated on the estimated time of arrival.
We will try to accommodate your request for any special delivery or pick-up times whenever possible. Extra charges typically apply when a “Same Day Delivery and Pick Up” of rental items is needed.
We recommend that you or a representative be present at the time of delivery to ensure that your items get delivered to the correct location. If you cannot be home, we will deliver the items to a pre-designated location.
All tents will be properly set-up and secured by our trained staff. Sidewalls will be installed per the customers request. Tables and chairs will be stacked underneath the tent or in a designated location at no extra cost. If you would prefer for our staff to handle the arrangement and breakdown of the tables and chairs please request that service at time of booking.
